Konteral Control Extended to Adsense

Kontera Control can now be applied to either Kontera ads or Adsense ads inside posts. You can:
Keep ads out of one category of sponsored posts forever.
Keep them out for a specified number of days (for example, 30 days to ensure payment by Pay Per Post.)
