Thinking Blogger Tag!

Cass tagged me in “The Thinking Blogger” meme. Now I’m supposed to follow these instructions:

1. If, and only if, you get tagged, write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think. (Then tag them.)
2. Tell the five bloggers I tagged they are tagged and
3. Link to the post that tagged me so that people can easily trace the exact origin of the meme.

Well, I’m game for the meme!. And lately, I’ve been on “blog to make money” and “dieting and fitness” binges , sob blogs about at those topics are making me think. Here are a few good ones I’ve found recently:

  • Courtney of Make Money Online. She’s recently been discussing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and how you can use it to drive traffic to your site. And, guess what? I just used the major trick to driving traffic to her site. What’s the trick? I put “Make Money Online” instead of “Courtney” inside the hyperlink. ‘Cuz Courtney wants a high rank with “Make Money Online” not for “Courtney”.
  • Stephanie of Make Healthy Meals recently discussed the importance of planning meals and making a shopping list. This really helps you focus on eating healthier food, creating a good base for your diet and fitness efforts. (She also has a bunch of healthy recipes.)
  • Kim of Stitch and Stuff is also making me think. About whether or not wanting to make money blogging and crafting are related. You’ll see that like Cass of Cass Knits, and I, she is trying to do both.
  • Cyber Celt of Advertising for Success and CoolAdzine for Marketers is making me think about… better ways to adversize! She wrote a very informative article on advertizing ethics, which is a must read for bloggers who advertise.
  • Lynn Terry of ClickNews! Internet Marketing Blog is making me think about tips I hadn’t thought of when starting a new blog. Sure, as an established knitting blogger, I know a lot of the tips and mistakes. But it never hurts to read more!

Well, you five bloggers are all tagged now! I challenge you to continue the tagging, and make the “Bloggers who Think” meme fly around the world!

  1. Kim says:

Thanks for the tag. I’m in the process of “thinking” about what to write. lol

  2. Court says:

Thanks for the tag! I’ll get working on it. You asked if you should use keywords when using comments… I wouldn’t do that at all, I think it shows lack of respect to the blog you’re commenting on!
